Use this form to register as a BASIC USER.
BASIC USERS may add commentaries and create links to video clips. BASIC USER status is ideal for students.
Educators may apply for ADVANCED USER status based on their institutional affiliation. Once approved, ADVANCED USERS may upload and download text commentaries, audio commentaries and video clips for classroom instruction. After completing the Basic registration, educators may apply for Advanced status.
